Bolney Wine Estate are proud to produce some of the highest quality English wines at their beautiful Estate situated in the heart of rural Sussex. Silent Pool Gin

In 2013 a group of friends came together to create a new kind of distillery, producing handcrafted, artisan spirits with uncompromising quality. Striving to create a sustainable business and sourcing local ingredients, they created a gin of rare taste and beauty using over 20 botanicals in the distillation process.
Big Smoke Brew Co.

Big Smoke Brew are a modern brewery and pub company, producing flavourful beers in the leafy suburbs of Esher in Surrey. They brew hop-forward pales, crisp lagers, rich stouts and everything in between. At our Big Smoke Taphouse & Kitchen sites you can enjoy their well-loved beers on tap plus an exclusive pilsner brewed especially for us in airports.
Campbells Prime Meat

Campbells have been butchers since 1910, when Thomas Campbell took up the trade in Edinburgh and opened his first shop on Queen Street five years later. Four generations on, and now working from a larger site in Linlithgow, they supply beef, lamb, pork and game cut to restaurant standard, including the 21-day hung beef that first won them Michelin-starred kitchens.
Lakes Speciality Foods

Established in 2004 at Staveley on the edge of the Lake District, Lakes Speciality Foods are a catering butcher supplying hotels, restaurants and pubs across Cumbria, Lancashire, Manchester, Liverpool and southern Scotland. Beef, lamb, pork, poultry and game, alongside their own burgers, sausages and charcuterie, prepared to order.
Gooey

Gooey began in 2020 as a glass box at the entrance to Ducie Street Warehouse in Manchester, selling New York style cookies and brioche donuts to a queue that never really went away. It is now a bakery and café on Manchester's High Street with a counter at Selfridges, still baking the cookies that made its name.
Picante

A spicy margarita in a can: reposado tequila, lime, agave and chilli, mixed and canned in London. The Picante went from a Soho House cocktail to a modern classic in barely a decade, and this is the same drink ready to pour, balanced the same way every time.
Nice Wines

Nice are a female-founded wine company doing away with the fuss, putting the same wine into cans, bottles, boxes and kegs for train platforms and takeaway dinners as readily as dinner parties. Their Sauvignon Blanc, Pale Rosé and Malbec are all vegan, and Nice is B Corp certified.
